Nordic culture in the spotlight

In almost 30 years of existence, the Festival Les Boréales has become the most important festival dedicated to Nordic culture in Europe.

For ten days, this event transports festival-goers through different territories in the colours of the North. Two years ago, Norway was in the spotlight. This year, it is Denmark, Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
 

A rich and varied programme

In collaboration with more than 60 cultural partners, nearly 150 events are being organised, of which more than 100 are free, in Caen and in 40 partner towns in the 5 departments of Normandy.

On the programme: plays, reading scenes, exhibitions, concerts, circus, dance, performances, cinema, video...
