Warranty policy :
All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or prepaid according to the rate chosen by the customer. The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations that do not meet these conditions.
On arrival, guests must show proof of identity and a credit card in their name. A pre-authorisation of one euro will be made on this card to ensure the solvency of the credit card and to record the card imprint securely. This pre-authorisation will be cancelled on the day of departure.
The credit cards provided may be debited by the hotel in the event of departure without payment, damage to the room or the smell of tobacco detected.
